Today we had 2 Trickster practices. We had one in the morning where we practiced our play and we also watched a video to see what our parents see and to help us each set a goal for our next practice. In the afternoon we went on the stage in the gym to practice our Trickster show for another class. We also got to watch two other classes do their shows. The lights are really bright on the stage so we can't see the audience tat is watching us. This month we are reading Mo Willems books. We read a book about a pigeon and a little duck today. The little duck wanted a piece of the hot dog and at the end the pigeon finally gave him some. We also read a book about a pigeon who wanted to drive a bus.
Today Ms. Mahan gave us all of our work in January and we picked our favourite to go in our frame in the wall. We put all the rest of the work in our backpack with a note to take home. We also got a note about Book Orders, Valentines Day, Carneval and 100 Day.
