Today in Math the Grade 1's were practicing counting to 20 and then counting backwards from 20. We used a caterpillar on the Smartboard and whiteboards to help us. The Grade 2's were practicing making equations with the same 3 numbers. Two of the equations were adding and 2 were subtracting. In daily 5 we practiced our writing, reading to self and reading to someone else. The Grade 1's also did word work using LA centers. We had library today and we got new books for home and for our book boxes. We also had music and practiced singing back to Mrs. Haney-Jones.
